| | "Freedom gives us the ability to maintain our web pages with a diverse work group, ranging from administrators to clericals, with minimum time and effort. People with no web design experience can, with a few minutes training, be maintaining their own web pages -- from layout to graphics -- all with the same consistent look and navigation throughout. Before we began using Freedom, our College web pages were a collection of inconsistent homegrown designs. The Freedom templates (or cards) enable us to quickly add content to pages or add entire pages, and update all the navigation throughout our site. It would be impossible for us to maintain our web sites any more efficiently."

| | "I began working with Jason Jeffery from Diverse Network Associates (DNA), using their Freedom webpage content management system for a number of CUSD schools. Within just a few months, DNA had designed, installed and trained 3 staff members at various CUSD schools and had published updated webpages. The training took about an hour, and the company was quick to follow up with site visits to ensure staff was making progress. The process worked so well that we expanded the project to a few more sites, and finally to 13 CUSD schools before winter break! "We then decided to upgrade our CUSD District Office and support services website, and that project took 3 months with 11 'maintainers.' The cost was easy to justify, compared to the salary of a webmaster. We were looking for a product that was easy to use, and spread the 'ownership' to various staff and departments. If you can point/click, cut/paste, and know basic computer file management, you can use this software to publish info/docs/links immediately. The FTP (file transfer) process is transparent to the user. "DNA has supported CUSD well, partnering with us to provide immediate programmatic changes to our needs and suggestions and has an interest in supporting educational agencies. Jason was very eager to hear our comments/feedback, and continually improved the product (on demand). "Please visit our District Office website at www.chicousd.org and our DNA schools sites to check our progress. Quickly, you will see that the sites that DNA supports have professional consistent themes/format/structure. We hope to upgrade four more schools this spring. We've had very positive comments about our progress." "Please feel free to contact me if you need additional information, at 891-3000, ext 150." | |

| | "DNA came highly recommended to us for our new website. What impressed us most was the way they listened to us. They didn’t assume they knew better – they just made it work the way we wanted it to, for all our departments." | |

| | "A stale web page is worse than no web page at all. Our large youth organization learned that lesson the hard way when an enthusiastic volunteer designed a web page for us that only he could maintain. When his interests moved elsewhere, we were left with an outdated website, circulating old and inaccurate information that caused a lot of confusion. Fortunately, Diverse Network Associates came to our rescue and created an eye-catching page for us that is a snap to maintain. As someone who will always be a computer novice, with the Freedom program I can easily maneuver through the site, updating time-sensitive items, editing, rearranging, and changing the vast amount of information contained there. When I am done, the friendly 'thumbs up' gesture assures me that the changes I wanted have been made and posted. The Freedom program is freedom from a webmaster and freedom to easily make the changes you need, when and how you want." | |

| | "What set Freedom apart was the quality of the product and the obvious attention to detail that DNA has taken with it. We have been able to focus on content development, without the concern of product reliability. Add to that DNA’s ability to communicate with the District’s Curriculum staff as effectively as they do with the Technology staff, and the decision to choose Freedom was simple." | |
